Combine turkey and all marinade ingredients in a self-closing plastic freezer bag. Seal and refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning often to coat turkey strips. Weave marinated turkey strips onto skewers. Discard all remaining marinade. Grill over hot coals 2-3 minutes per side or until turkey is no longer pink in center. Serve with peanut sauce.
Peanut sauce:
Combine garlic and onion in food processor and chop for 10 seconds. Add other ingredients except milk and process 20 seconds more until well blended. Add milk and process until well blended, scraping sides often. Pour into microwave-safe bowl and heat on high 30 seconds or until thickened.
