Sprinkle the seasoning salt on Norbest Turkey Breast Meat. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok at medium heat. Add the turkey and stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Do not over cook! Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce and remove from wok. Add 1 tablespoon oil and heat. Add peppers, onions, pea pods and mushrooms. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender crisp. Stir in turkey and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce. Heat through and serve over the hot rice.
