Turkey Lo Mein

In large skillet, combine turkey, turkey broth, sugar, ginger, garlic powder and vegetables. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5-8 minutes or until pasta is tender. In small bowl, combine cornstarch and water; blend until smooth. Stir into hot mixture in skillet. Cook 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly. If desired, serve with soy sauce. Microwave directions: In 3-quart microwave-safe casserole, combine turkey, turkey broth, sugar, ginger garlic powder and vegetables; cover tightly. Microwave on HIGH for 6-7 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil, stirring once halfway through cooking. Stir in pasta; cover tightly. Microwave on HIGH for 6-7 minutes or until pasta is tender. In small bowl, combine cornstarch and water; blend until smooth. Stir into hot mixture in casserole. Microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes or until thickened, stirring once during cooking.
